Library sleepover celebrates a decade of fun

142 students in grade 3 to 5 attended the 11th Library Sleepover. For over a decade the Elementary School has provided this fun opportunity to spend a night at school. It was a great evening with a paper airplane building contest, a performance by Guinness World Record Holder “Hoop Man Yu-Ya,” circle games, photography challenges, domino competitions and a whole bunch of games in the gym. We rounded off the evening with movies and a (for some at least) refreshing sleep.

Many thanks to the many parent volunteers who helped out and the 20 National Honor Society High School students who brought a fantastic level of enthusiasm and leadership to the evening. (Wouter Laleman, ES Librarian)
